- License Application
- Valid Passport and Emirates ID of applicant, local agent, stakeholders or managing director (Based on the company formation)
- Approval of other governmental authorities according to the activity
- Copy of valid lease contract and property title deed
- Letter of non-objection from sponsor or competent authorities
- Other required documents based on company formation: Copy of signature authorization & memorandum of association (attested by Notary public), copy of the approval of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs of the foreign investor, attestation of partnership contract
